Storing Fax Numbers and E-mail Addresses for Auto Dialling

If you are storing a fax or voice
number, press the number keys to
enter the number (max. 32 digits).
(Note: A space cannot be entered.)
If you are storing an e-mail address,
press the letter keys (and the number
keys if needed) to enter the e-mail
address.
♦ To clear a mistake, press the DEL key. To move the cursor, press
the left and right arrow keys.
♦ To enter ".com" at the end of an address, press the .com key.
Continue to press the key to enter ".com.hk", ".net", ".org",
".org.hk", ".edu", ".gov", or ".hk".
♦ To enter an uppercase letter, press the SHIFT key (do not hold it
down) and then press the desired letter key.
♦ To enter one of the symbols marked above the letter keys, press the
ALT key (do not hold it down) and then press the letter key.

If a pause is required between any of the digits to access
a special service or an outside line, press the REDIAL
key. The pause will appear as a hyphen. Several pauses
can be entered in a row (two seconds per pause).
