Convert EAN-8 to EAN-13 Type

When EAN Zero Extend is enabled, this parameter allows you
to label the extended symbol as either an EAN-13 or EAN-8 bar
code.
If EAN Zero Extend is disabled, this parameter does not effect
bar code data.
