• When finished, press and hold the u button
again to stop.
• You can toggle through your results
(distance, pace, calories burned) by pressing
the u button.
• To save your workout, press and hold the u
button.
• The next time you sync to your phone, this
event will be recorded. For most accurate
results, use the Calibrate function in the App.
(see App instructions in owner's manual).
Sleep
• The Move x20 can also record important
sleep metrics.
• Press the
button repeatedly until you see
the word "sleep".
• Press and hold the u button when you are
ready to sleep. You will see "good night" on
the display.

Text/Caller ID
• While you are paired with the phone you
can receive text and caller ID information
remotely. You can then decide whether to
respond via your phone.
MOVE x20 APP
The Move x20 is designed to go hand-in-hand
with your smartphone app. There you can set
your individual goals and preferences as well
as see and share your activities. The following
provides a brief orientation to get you started.
