Registering favorite destinations

You can register up to 10 destinations to display in the [Faves] tab.
NOTE
• Destinations registered in the [Faves] tab must already be registered in the address
book or as a shortcut.
• Destinations registered in the [Faves] tab cannot be deleted without first deleting
them from the [Faves] tab.

Press [Setting] on My MFP Menu screen.
If My MFP Menu screen is not displayed, press <Mode> repeatedly until My MFP menu
screen is displayed.

Press [Register].

Press [Favorite Address].

Press [Add].
To edit a registered favorite, select the favorite you want to edit, and press [Edit].

Select the destination you want to register, and press [Enter].
•You can press [e-mail], [Folder], or [FTP] to filter the destinations.
•To continue to register or edit favorites, repeat the procedure from step 4.
NOTE
You can press [Add/Edit] in the [Faves] tab to jump to the procedure for registering or
editing favorites. Perform steps 4 and 5 to register the favorite destinations.
