MANAGING CALLS

The 6867i has several features that make it easier to manage calls, and to keep track of your
caller history, as well as your business and personal contacts.
These features include:

Directory

Callers List
DND and Call Forward
DIRECTORY
The Directory is your personal phone book, conveniently stored within your phone. The 6867i
IP phone supports enhanced Directory functionality allowing for interoperability with multiple
directory sources (i.e. Local Directory, Corporate and Personal CSV directories, LDAP,
Microsoft Exchange, BroadSoft XSI Enterprise Directory, and BroadSoft XSI Personal
Contacts).

Local Directory will always be available, while the availability of all other Directory
sources is dependant on what has been configured by your Administrator.
