Network Setup
When Network Protection is set to On in Password Protection, a message
is displayed and the network settings cannot be changed. Set Network
Protection to Off and then configure the network.
Checking Network Settings
You can use the following methods to check the network setting
information.
Press the [Menu] button, and then select Net. Info. - Wired LAN from the
Network menu to display the current network settings.
Making Network Settings
To connect a computer to the projector, you need to perform network
settings on the computer and the projector.

Check with your network administrator if DHCP is available on the
network being used.

If DHCP is not available, check the following values on the
projector.
• IP address
• Subnet mask
• Gateway address

Connect the computer to the network.

If it is not connected, make network settings on the computer.
For more details, see the user's guide supplied with the
computer.

Connect a LAN cable to the projector.

Turn on the projector.

Display the Network Configuration screen on the projector.
Press [Menu] button > Network > Network Configuration

Select the Wired LAN menu.
The following screen is displayed.

Select IP Settings.
When DHCP is available: Set DHCP from IP Settings to On.
When DHCP is not available: Set DHCP from IP Settings to Off,
and then enter the projector's IP address, subnet mask, and gateway
address.

When you have finished making settings, select Return.
