3.11 Firmware updates
You can update your Suunto Ambit3 Run software through
Movescount. When you update the software, all logs are
automatically moved to Movescount and deleted from the watch.
To update your Suunto Ambit3 Run software:
1. Install Moveslink if you have not done so already.
2. Connect your Suunto Ambit3 Run to your computer with the
supplied USB cable.
3. If an update is available, your watch is updated automatically.
Wait for the update to complete before unplugging the USB
cable.
