Replacing the hard drive

To replace the hard drive:

CHAPTER 4: Upgrading Your Computer
Slide the drive release latch toward the back of the
computer to the Unlock position, then slide the drive
forward and out of the drive bay.
Slide the new drive into the drive bay, then slide the drive
release latch toward the front of the computer to the
Lock position.
Reconnect the drive cables using the notes you took
previously.
Replace the front bezel, then replace the side panel.
Remove the side panel by following the instructions in
"Opening and closing the case" on page
If you are adding a new drive, go to Step 6. If you are
replacing an existing drive, go to the next step.
