Convenience closing with KEYLESS-GO
G WARNING
When using the convenience closing feature,
parts of the body could be trapped in the clos-
ing area when a side window is being closed.
There is a risk of injury.
Observe the complete closing procedure
when the convenience closing feature is oper-
ating. Make sure that no body parts are in
close proximity during the closing procedure.
Proceed as follows if someone is trapped:
release the sensor surface on the door han-
X
dle.
pull the door handle immediately and hold
X
it.
The side windows open.
With KEYLESS-GO you can close all side win-
dows simultaneously. The KEYLESS-GO key
must be outside the vehicle. All the doors
must be closed.
Touch recessed sensor surface : on the

door handle until the side windows are fully
closed.

Make sure you only touch recessed sen-
sor surface :.
Make sure that all the side windows are

closed.
To interrupt convenience closing:
X
release recessed sensor surface : on the
door handle.
Convenience opening (Coupe)
General notes
You can ventilate the vehicle before you start
driving. To do this, the SmartKey is used to
carry out the following functions simultane-
ously:
unlock the vehicle
R
open the side windows
R
open the panorama roof with power tilt/
R
sliding panel and the roller sunblind
switch on the seat ventilation for the driv-
R
er's seat

The convenience opening feature can
only be operated using the SmartKey. The
SmartKey must be in close proximity to the
vehicle.
Convenience opening
Press and hold the % button until the
X
side windows and the panorama roof with
power tilt/sliding panel are in the desired
position.
If the roller sunblind of the panorama roof
with power tilt/sliding panel is closed, the
roller sunblind is opened first.
Press and hold the % button again until
X
the panorama roof with power tilt/sliding
panel is in the desired position.
To interrupt convenience opening:
X
release the % button.
