CHECKING THE PRIMARY SHEAVE WEIGHTS

The following procedure applies to all of the pri-
mary sheave weights.
1. Check:
8 primary sheave weight
Cracks/damage/wear
2. Measure:
8 primary sheave weight outside diameter

15 mm (0.591 in)
<Limit>: 14.5 mm (0.571 in)

CHECKING THE SLIDER

1. Check:
8 slider 1
Damage/wear

CHECKING THE SECONDARY SHEAVE

1. Check:
8secondary fixed sheave
8secondary sliding sheave
Cracks/damage/wear
ondary fixed and sliding sheaves as a
set.
2. Check:
8torque cam groove 1
Damage/wear
fixed and sliding sheaves as a set.
3. Check:
8guide pin 2
Damage/wear
fixed and sliding sheaves as a set.
