Grease/oil Clean the primary and sec-
ondary sheave.
Out of specification
V-belt width
16.8 mm (0.0661 in)
<Limit>: 15.8 mm (0.622 in)
Cracks/damage/wear
mary sliding sheave, primary fixed
sheave and V-belt.
Insert the collar2 into the primary sliding
sheave1, and check for free movement.
Stick or excessive play
