Tyre and Loading Information
Label (If Equipped)
Label Example
This label shows the size of the
vehicle's original equipment
tyres (3) and the recommended
tyre inflation pressures (4). For
more information on tyres and
inflation see Tyres on
page 10-45 and Tyre Pressure
on page 10-48.
The label is attached to the
centre pillar (B-pillar) of the
vehicle. With the driver door
open, you will find the label
attached below the door lock.
This label also shows the
number of occupant seating
positions (1), and the maximum
vehicle capacity weight (2) in
kilogrammes and pounds. This
figure includes the weight of all
occupants, cargo and all
non-factory-installed options.
Do not exceed the maximum
vehicle capacity weight when
loading your vehicle.
Driving and Operating
Certification/Tyre Label
This label is located on the right
side centre pillar (B-pillar).
It shows the Gross Vehicle
Weight Rating (GVWR), which is
the maximum permissible
loaded weight of the vehicle.
It includes the weight of the
vehicle, all occupants, fuel and
cargo. The label also shows the
maximum weight for the front
and rear axles, called Gross
Axle Weight Rating (GAWR) and
the headlamp aim values.
