Step 10
a) Place the three heat plates (D) inside the grill on the burners.
b) Place the two cooking grids (C) inside the grill on the heat plates.
c) Insert the four feet of warming rack (B) into the holes on top of grill
body.
d) Hook the grease cup support (E) into the holes on grease tray and
place the grease cup (F) on the cup support.
e) Insert and screw the stopper (HH) into the hole on the upper cart
back beam.
CAUTION: Don't take away the stopper (HH) from the back beam,
otherwise that could result in fire or explosion that could cause
property damage, personal injury or death.

Step 9
a) Align the holes on side knob seat (J) with the holes on the right side
shelf and side burner valve. Screw one bolt (EE) into each
pre-drilled hole.
b) Tighten the bolts using the screwdriver provided. Insert the side
knob (K) into knob shaft of valve.
c) Open the side burner lid and place the side burner assembly (I) on
the right side shelf. Connect the venturi tube and the side valve by
overlapping 0.78" between venturi tube and nozzle.
d) Align the holes on the side burner assembly with the holes on the
right side shelf.
e) Insert one bolt (EE) and one flat washer (FF) into each pre-drilled
hole and screw one nut (GG) onto each bolt by hand.
f) Go back and tighten all the bolts using screwdriver provided.
g) Connect the side burner ignition cable by inserting it onto the
electrode. Make certain the connection is secure.
Step 11
a) Place the cylinder upon the tank seat of the left bottom
beam hook.
b) Push the cylinder toward the top hook on the left side
beam to hook it.
c) Connect the regulator to the cylinder by turning it
clockwise.
