POSSIBLE CAUSES
Harness connection to gas valve.
Gas valve or gas pressure.
Air filter.
All harness connections.
Electrode.
Drain valve switch open or switch malfunction.
Interconnecting wiring malfunction.
Ignition module malfunction.
High limit or thermostat open.
Grounding status.
Check electrode.
Harness connections (check for flashing light in A
control).
Probe lead wires.
Open probe.
Controller.
Open fuse on ignition/blower control board
Air Filter dirty.
Incorrect gas pressure.
Vent hose closed off or restricted.
Cracked electrode.
Electrode gap exceeding 3/16".
Igniter/flame sense misaligned.
Insufficient gas pressure.
Incorrect polarity from transformer to ignition
module.
