    VK and TR GAS FRYERS W/Wo KleenScreen PLUS - GENERAL GENERAL INTRODUCTION This service manual covers the specific service information related to the models listed in the chart below. The VK and TR series gas fryers come equipped with solid state analog (A), solid state digital (D) or programmable computer (C) controls.
