Hotspot Displays 'Insert SIM', And/Or Will Not Charge Or Power On
- When the mobile hotspot does not power on
- When the mobile hotspot displays "Insert SIM"
- When the mobile hotspot does not indicate that the battery is charging
⇒ Remove the SIM card, wipe off the metal contacts with clean cloth,
and reinstall it.
Lift up the battery cover from the bottom of the mobile hotspot,
then remove the battery.
Remove the SIM card by sliding in the direction of the arrow
Wipe off the metal contacts with soft clean cloth
Insert the SIM card and battery with the contacts located against
the metal springs and press the battery down in the case. Line the
battery cover up correctly and press gently to close the case.
