Prefix/Suffix Transmit Delay
To select a prefix/suffix transmit delay:
1. Scan the PREFIX/SUFFIX TRANSMIT DELAY bar code.
2. Enter the new value by scanning two bar codes in sequence. The first one
corresponds to the most significant digit.
3. Scan ENTER.
