Select / Change the Default Profile

When a user searches the Global Address Book for an e -mail address, the multifunctional
device captures and displays LDAP server information (e-mail address/es) based on the
MFD profile setting.
To select/change a default profile, proceed as follows:
1. If necessary, click
Display reads, for example...
2. Click Default Profile
3. Select another Default Profile
4. Click Update.
Note: If you change an MFD's profile (via the Manage MFDs screen), you must reboot the MFD. However,
if you change the default profile, as outlined above, there is no need to reboot the MFD.
