Use knob [8] to select the patch number .
* In order to activate the use of a Program Change Map, you need
to set MAP SELECT (p. 45) to "PROG. " When this is set to "FIX, " the
settings for the Program Change Map will be ignored.

Transmitting Data to an External
MIDI Device (Bulk Dump)
With the GT-100, you can use Exclusive messages to set another
GT-100 to the same settings or to save effect sound settings to MIDI
sequencers and other such devices. This transmission of data is
referred to as bulk dump.

Making Connections

For instructions on operating the sequencer, refer to the owner's
manual for the sequencer you are using.
* If you want to save your settings to sequencer or DAW software
on your computer, refer to "Using the GT-100 Connected to a
Computer Via USB" (p. 49).
When Transmitting Data to Another GT-100
Connect as shown in the figure below, and match the Device ID for
the transmitting and receiving devices.

Press the [SYSTEM] button .

Turn knob [4] to select "B .DUMP" (MIDI - BULK DUMP) .
3.
Turn knobs [5] and [8] to select the range of data (FROM,
TO)that you want to transmit .
