About Top View Image screen
•
If you are using Internet Explorer the first time the PC
connects to the Network Camera, a pop up Security
Warning window will appear to download ActiveX
Controls. Please refer to Page 38 for ActiveX Controls.
•
On the Air time setting on Page 62 may restrict the access
to Top View Image screen. Blue screen appears.
•
Maximum 30 users can view the Motion JPEG
simultaneously on the network. The 31st user views the
blue screen on the Network Camera screen. Blue screen
appears.
•
The network congestion prevents the Top View Image
screen from appearing quickly. Please wait for a while.
•
The proxy server may prevent you from connecting directly
to the Network Camera, please set up not to use the proxy
server. For details please refer to Page 26.
•
Click [Refresh] on the web browser when the
communication stops with the Network Camera. The image
will be refreshing.
•
Other clients may be operating Pan/Tilt.
•
Pan/Tilt operation has reached the end of corner. Please
confirm End display on Operation bar on Page 41.
•
Please confirm if the Pan/Tilt is locked.
Please refer to Page 76 for the Camera Setup window.
•
The lens is dirty or dust is attached.
Please clean the lens with a lens cleaner.
•
The Network Camera cannot focus the image within 1
metre. Please keep the object more than 1 metre away
from the lens.
•
Please adjust White Balance by the Camera Setup
window. Please refer to Page 76.
•
Please check if the colour setting of the PC is 16 bits or
more.
