Running Belt Tension Test

*NOTE: Running belt and deck wear and/or lack of lube can cause
the belt to show symptoms similar to a loose running belt. Check
these conditions before a adjusting tension.
1. Set the speed to 2.5 mph and walk heavily on the running belt at,
stomping against the running belt movement.
2. If the running belt hesitates or slips, tighten both rear roller
bolts 1/4 of a turn.
3. Repeat step three until no hesitation or slip occurs. Also, check
for these conditions at higher speeds.
Note: A loose drive belt will cause a similar hesitation under load
