Test Mode 7 (DTMF Signal Generation)

This test mode is used to check the DTMF (Dual Tone Multi Frequency) signal output.
The DTMF signal can be generated using the following procedure.

FAX

Make sure that the FAX lamp is on.
If not, press FAX to set the " FAX Mode ".
2 Press " FUNCTION " and then " 7 ".
3 Press " MONITOR " four times, then press " * ".
4 Press " 7 " and " START ".
5a Press " 1 " for DTMF Single Tone Generation.
Enter the signal number (0-7) to select the DTMF single

tone.
5b Press " 2 " for DTMF Dual Tone Generation.
6b Enter the signal number (0-#) to select the DTMF dual tone.
Press " STOP " to end the signal generation. To select

another signal, repeat step 4.
8 Press " STOP " twice to return to standby.
