Check connectors: CN5 and CN6
(FCB PCB) and CN1 and CN37
(PNL1 PCB).
Is ROM installed on the FCB
PCB properly?
Yes
Does CN6, pin2, on the FCB
PCB measure +5VDC?
Yes
Replace the Panel PCB.
END
No
Re–install the ROM.
No
Replace the FCB PCB.
