Test Mode 4 (Binary Signal Generation)

This test mode is used to check the binary signal output. Signals can be output to the line using the following
procedure.
Step
FAX

Make sure that the FAX lamp is on.
If not, press FAX to set the " FAX Mode ".
2 Press " FUNCTION " and then " 7 ".
3 Press " MONITOR " four times, then press " * ".
4 Press " 4 " and " START ".
5 Enter the signal number (1-9) to select the binary signal.
Press " STOP " to end the signal generation. To select

another signal, repeat step 4.
7 Press " STOP " to return to standby.
