• YES Is the heat motor operating?
• NO

• YES Does the paper output guide Assy operate normally?
• YES
• YES
• YES Replace the engine PCB.

Is there a jam with the paper Exit sensor?
YES Remove the paper jam.
Does the paper Exit sensor lever operate normally?
NO Replace the paper Exit sensor lever.
Does the Delivery Sensor work properly?
and check to see if the sensor works properly using the switch scan test
in the self-diagnosis mode.)
NO Check signal cable connection, then replace the paper Exit sensor.
Replace the engine PCB.
Close the Left Upper Cover fully.
Is the fuse of the heat motor blown?
NO Replace the heat motor.
Check the cable connection, then replace the engine PCB.
Is 20V or more output to the DC0 connector pin of the Motor Driver PCB
(S2P)?
NO Replace the motor driver PCB (S2P).
Replace the paper output guide Assy.
