Cause Error Description and Analysis
1) Check paper jam between
Yellow ID and fuser.
2) Check the load on the fuser
unit.
1) Check for paper jam inside the
fuser and between the Yellow
ID and fuser.
2) Check if the paper output
switch is normal.
Check the entrance or inside the
double-side printer for paper jam.
JAM CHECK
1) Check for paper jam around
the cassette and between the
Yellow ID.
2) Check to see if the paper entry
switch is normal.
1) Is the paper a custom size?
2) Is the paper a standard size?
1) The speciied toner cartridge is
almost empty.
2) Check to see if the speciied
toner sensor is normal.
1) Check if the stacker is full.
2) Check if the Stacker Full
Sensor activator is normal.
1) Check if MT is Out-Of-Paper.
