Using the directory and lists

Caller Picture
Precondition: Calling Line Identification
(CLIP).
If required, select a picture to be dis-
played when the caller calls. You can
use CLIP pictures that are supplied with
the handset.
The pictures are saved in the My Stuff
section of the handset (page 80).

Please note:
– To find out how to enter IP addresses, turn
to page 25.
– If you want to dial a certain number using
the same line connection each time, you
can add the relevant line suffix to the
number in question (page 25).
– If you add a star (*) at the end of the
number, the number will be dialled via the
non-standard connection (page 85), even
if you briefly press the talk key c. On con-
dition that no dialling plan has been
defined for the number (page 109).
– You can use the Web configurator to save
the directory to a file on your PC, where it
can be edited and then sent back to the
handset (page 110). Or you can transfer
Outlook contacts from the PC to the hand-
set's directory.

Use q to scroll to the entry until the

Enter the first character of the name (in
the directory: first character of the sur-
name or of the first name if only the
first name has been entered), or scroll
to the entry using s.
