Quick Dial Configures the key to dial a number on the selected
line. After selecting Quick Dial, enter the number to
be dialed in the Value column. In the Line column,
select the line on which the number will be dialed
out.
BLF (Busy Lamp Configures the key to monitor another extension.
Field)
In the Value column, enter the URI of the extension
you want to monitor with this key. For example,
6045552001@sipservice.com.
If you are using list based BLF, the URI must be from
the BLF list you set up with your service provider and
entered under "Busy Lamp Field Settings" under SIP
Account Management.
In Call DTMF Configures the key to dial a string of numbers while
the end user is on a call. For example, pressing the
key might dial a conference access code.
After selecting In Call DTMF, enter the number to be
dialed in the Value column.
Call return Configures the key to dial the number of the last
missed call.
Intercom Configures the key to call one or a group of phones.
You can configure Intercom calls to be automatically
answered. See "Page Auto Answer" under General
Account Settings.
Group Call Enables the user to answer a call ringing at another
Pickup extension. The call can be ringing at any extension in
the phone's call pickup group. Pressing the key dials
the Group Call Pickup feature access code (FAC)
configured on the Account Settings page.
Direct Call Enables the user to answer a call ringing at a specific
Pickup deskset. Pressing the key dials the Direct Call Pickup
feature access code (FAC) configured on the Account
Settings page. Depending on the server
requirements, the user may then need to enter the
number of the ringing extension.

Access to F11- This function allows the user to switch between the
F20 (Lower) default function key group (F1 to F10) and the
second (F11 to F20).
F15 can only be used for this function.
