Troubleshooting: Why Doesn't the Speakerphone Work?
If your speakerphone doesn't work, ask your system administrator if the speakerphone is disabled.
You must handle calls using the handset or a headset. If your system administrator disables the
speakerphone on your phone, Handsfree mode disabled appears on the screen after you press

Answering Incoming Calls

All incoming calls display in an Incoming Call window, as shown next.

You can answer incoming calls by:
 Picking up the handset.
 Pressing Answer. The call is answered using the speakerphone.
