9. Apply a generous amount of the included
grease to the Pivot Axle (7). Then, apply grease
to two Wave Washers (43).
Insert the Pivot Axle (7) into the Upright (2), and
center the Pivot Axle.
Slide a Wave Washer (43) onto the left side of
the Pivot Axle (7).
Orient an Upper Body Arm Spacer (47) so that
the arrow points toward the floor. Slide the
Upper Body Arm Spacer onto the Left Upper
Body Arm (6).
Slide the Left Upper Body Arm (6) onto the
Pivot Axle (7).
Attach the Left Upper Body Arm (6) with an M8
x 25mm Patch Screw (56) and an Upper Body
Arm Washer (55).
Press the tabs on an Upper Body Arm Cap (46)
into the Upper Body Arm Spacer (47).
Attach the Right Upper Body Arm (8) in the
same way.
10. Identify the left Pedal Spring (11) and the Left
Pedal (13), which are marked with "L" stickers.
Position the Left Pedal (13) and a Pedal Plate
(80) around the left Pedal Spring (11) as shown.
Make sure that the hole in the Pedal Plate
fits over the bumper on the underside of the
left Pedal Spring.
Insert the tabs on the Pedal Plate (80) into the
slots in the Left Pedal (13).
Attach the Pedal Plate (80) to the Left Pedal
(13) with two M8 Locknuts (38).
Attach the Right Pedal (not shown) in the
same way.
