Installer's Instructions
All Rinnai water heaters MUST be installed by a state qualified or
licensed contractor. Failure to comply with your local and state codes
pertaining to water heater installations will void the warranty on said
water heater(s). It is the responsibility of the person having the unit
installed to ensure the contractor has the proper licences and permits
for his state. In addition to the above, Rinnai requires all contractors
attend a product knowledge class before installing our water heaters.
This requirement MUST be met in order for your product's warranty to
be valid. Failure to comply with your local and state codes will result
in non-compliance and void the warranty of the product being
installed.
