9.5.6 Fax & Copy
With the Fax & Copy feature turned on, your machine will ask if you want to
make a copy of a document each time it transmits that document from mem-
ory.
Setting the Fax & Copy function

Press [Menu], [2], [1], [0], [6], [Enter].
or
Press [Advanced Functions] until
"Fax & Copy" is appear on the LCD
then press [Enter].

Press [,] or [+] to select "On" or "Off".

Press [Enter] to save the setting.

Press [Reset] to exit and return to standby mode.
Note
The Fax & Copy function cannot be used for real time transmission
When using this feature, the quick memory transmission (see page 9-5)
will be disabled.
This feature does not work for polling transmission (page 9-35) and F-
code bulletin box polling (page 11-12).
Note
If you assigned "Fax & Copy" to the soft key (page 12-3), you can turn the
Fax & Copy on or off by simply pressing that key.
