To print a list of your F-code boxes, press [Menu], [5], [1], [1], [3], [Enter].

Erasing an empty F-code box

An F-code box must be empty in order to erase it. (If you select an F-code
box in these steps which is not empty, the machine beeps. If this happens,
print all documents in that box before erasing it.)
To erase an empty F-code box:

Press [Menu], [3], [4], [2], [Enter].

Press [,] or [+] to select the F-code
box you want to erase. Then press
[Enter].

Use the numeric keys to enter the four-digit I.D. code.
(If you have not set the I.D. code for operation protect, you can skip this
step.)

Press [Enter].
The following two displays will appear alternately:

Press [Enter] to erase the F-code box.
If you want to cancel the erasing this box, press [Cancel] and go back
to step 2.

Press [Reset] to return to the standby mode.
