OUTDOOR UNIT Error Method:
Discharge Temp. Sensor 2 Error
Detective Actuators:
Outdoor Unit Controller PCB circuit
Discharge Thermistor
Forecast of Cause : 1. Connector connection failure 2. Thermistor failure 3. Controller PCB failure
Check Point 1 : Check connection of Connector
p Check if connector is loose or removed
p Check erroneous connection
p Check if thermistor cable is open
>>Reset Power when reinstalling due to removed connector or incorrect wiring.

Check Point 2 : Remove connector and check Thermistor resistance value

If Thermistor is either open or shorted, replace it and reset the power.

Check Point 3 : Check voltage of Controller PCB (DC5.0V)
Make sure circuit diagram of each indoor unit and check terminal voltage at Thermistor (DC5.0V)

Suction Gas Temp. Thermistor(CN27:1-2)
Outdoor Temp. Thermistor(CN27:3-4)
Discharge Thermistor 1 (CN27:5-6)
Discharge Thermistor 2 (CN27:7-8)
Discharge Thermistor 3 (CN27:9-10)
If the voltage does not appear, replace Controller PCB and reset the original address.
Indicate or Display:
Outdoor Unit : LED1 Flash, LED3
Indoor Unit : Operation LED Lighted Continuously (Normal Operation)
ERROR CODE : E : 00
Detective details:
Discharge thermistor of Compressor 2 is shorted.
Discharge thermistor of Compressor 2 is open after 5 minutes of operation.
