Replacing the Separator Tips.

1. Before replacing the separator tips, unplug the
AstroJet 2600P/2650P/2800P.
2. Release the sheet separator-locking lever on the left
side of the feeder.
3. Push down the black tab on the separator to expose the screw.
4. Use a Phillips screwdriver and remove the screw holding the metal cover over the separator. Use the tip of the
screwdriver to pry the separator tip out of its holder.
5. Replace the separator tip; reinstall the metal cover and screw. Do not over tighten.

Replacing the Feed Rollers

To replace the feed rollers on the AstroJet printer
follow the steps below:
1. Before removing the feed roller access
plate, unplug the power to the printer.
2. Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the
three screws from the feed roller access
plate.
