SEAL
TOE.IN & TOE.OUT ADJUSTMENTS
In or der for t he gasket to seal evenly
ar ound the entire door, it mus t m ake
contact at the top and bottom at the same
time. For t his reason the door , when aj ar,
should not t oe-in or t oe-out.
To corr ect a toe-in or toe- out condition,
m ake sure the hinge side of t he door is
par allel wit h t he cabinet and proc eed as
follows:
1. Check t he cabinet leveler s and
a d j u s t a b l e w h e e l s . R a i s i n g t h e h a n d l e
side may cor rect a toe-out ; low ering
may correct a toe-in.
2 . L o o s e n a l l i n n e r p a n e l m o u n t i n g
screw s along t he top, bot tom and
handle side of t he door. D O N OT
LOOSEN THE SCREWS ALONG THE
H I N G E S I D E .
3. Hold the cor ner that toes-in stationar y ,
and push in on the t oe- out corner until
t h e d o o r i s l i n e d u p p a r a l l e l w i t h t h e
cabinet. Tight en a f ew screw s on the
h a n d l e s i d e t o h o l d t h e d o o r i n t h i s
p o s i t i o n .
4. O pen and close t he door sever al tim es
to assur e a pr oper fit. lf neces sary ,
repeat Steps 2 and 3.
5. Tighten all loosened screws until they
a r e j u s t s n u g .
HINGE ADJUSTMENTS

sealed

the door.
b. The gasket is compress ed mor e
t han 1116" on t he hinge s ide
(causing a poor seal els ew her e
ar ound t he door ).
