■ Method of confi rming "Original Digital unit" and
"Service Digital unit"
The black marking is attached to the silk print part of the
Service Digital unit (X46-3390-01).
TROUBLE SHOOTING
Normal voltage
3.3V
3.3V
When a normal value is confirmed.
If it appears even when the display is unusual, it is not necessary to perform the above-mentioned check.
Perform the following checks.
When a normal value is confirmed.
For Service Digital unit

When an abnormal
value is confirmed.
MCU or DDR2 is broken.
DCLK has an abnormal.
[MCU: IC1]
Remove the coaxial cable from CN652, and check the input and
output waveform of the buffer (IC653).
When an abnormal
If the waveform of the input side becomes abnormal, MCU (IC1) is
broken.
value is confirmed.
DE and DATA has an abnormal.
[MCU: IC1]
Remove the flat cable from CN651, and check the input and output
waveform of the corresponding section of IC651 or IC652 which is a
buffer.
If the waveform of an input side becomes abnormal, the MCU (IC1) is
broken.
ABLENM has an abnormal.
When an abnormal
[MCU: IC1]
Remove the flat cable from CN651, and check the MCU side terminal
value is confirmed.
waveform of R681.
If the waveform becomes abnormal, the MCU (IC1) is broken.
If parts other than the above are abnormal or normal, there is a
problem other than the BGA parts.
[MCU: IC201]
Remove the flat cable from CN225, and check the MCU side terminal
waveform of the resistor in which the abnormal value is shown.
If the waveform is abnormal, the MCU (IC201) is broken.
If the waveform is normal, there is a problem other than the BGA
parts.
