Adjusting riding sag

Remove shock absorber. (
After removing the shock absorber, clean it thoroughly.
Choose and fit a suitable spring.

Spring rate
Weight of rider: 65...75 kg (143.3...165.34 lb.)
Weight of rider: 75...85 kg (165.34...187.39 lb.)
Weight of rider: 85...95 kg (187.39...209.44 lb.)

The spring rate is shown on the outside of the spring.

Installing shock absorber (

Check the static sag of the shock absorber. (
Adjust the rebound damping of the shock absorber. (

Remove screw
without blocking the rear wheel. Fix the rear wheel in this position.
Remove screw

The heim joint for the shock absorber at the swing arm is Teflon coated. It
must not be greased with grease or with other lubricants. Lubricants dissolve
the Teflon coating, thereby drastically reducing the service life.
