Do not wire Fire zones on keypad zone terminals if the DEOL supervision option is enabled for the
panel (section [013], option [2]). Do not program Fire zones for Downlook operation.
[09]
24-Hour Supervisory Zone If this zone is violated, whether armed or disarmed, the panel will report to the central
station, and log the zone fault. This zone gives a silent alarm by default.
Do not wire 24-Hour Supervisory zones on keypad zone terminals.
[10]
24-Hour Supervisory Buzzer Zone Whether armed or disarmed, when this zone type is violated the panel will
immediately latch the keypad buzzer until a valid access code is entered and will communicate immediately to
the central station.
[11]
24-Hour Burglary Zone If this zone is violated, whether armed or disarmed, the panel will immediately latch the
alarm output and communicate to the central station. The alarm will sound for the Bell Cutoff time programmed in
Section [005] "System Times" or until a valid access code is entered.
[12]-[20] The following zone definitions operate similarly to the 24-Hour Burglary zone except for System Event output type
and SIA identifier:
[12] 24-Hour Holdup Zone
[13] 24-Hour Gas Zone
[14] 24-Hour Heat Zone
NOTE: [12] 24-Hour Holdup zones give a silent alarm by default.
[21]
24-Hour Latching Tamper If this zone is violated the installer must enter Installer Programming before the panel
will allow either partition to be armed. The bell output will also activate for the programmed time and the panel will
communicate the alarm.
[22]
Momentary Keyswitch Arm Zone Momentary violation of this zone will alternately arm/disarm the partition to which
the zone is assigned. This zone type should not be programmed as global.
[23]
Maintained Keyswitch Arm Zone When this zone is violated, the partition to which it is assigned will arm. When
this zone is secured, the partition will disarm. This zone should not be programmed as global zone.
Do not program wireless zones as [21] or [22] Keyswitch or as [24] GSM1000 Answer zones.
[24]
For future use
[25]
Interior Delay Zone When the system is fully armed (i.e., away armed), this zone will, as is standard,
follow the exit delay. It will also follow the entry delay, provided that a delay zone is first tripped. If the
delay zone is not tripped first, a zone defined as Interior Delay will go into alarm instantly. When the

delay.
[26]
24 Hour Non-Alarm This zone type will be active at all times but will not cause an alarm.
This zone type must not be used for Downlook-initiating zones (DLM-4L v1.0) .
[27]
Push to Set Zone If any zones are programmed as Push to Set, when the system is armed, the panel begins an
infinite Exit Delay. The Exit Delay will either be silent or audible depending on the programming of the Infinite Exit
Delay toggle option (section [017], option [08]). When a user violates and restores a Push to Set zone, the panel
will wait 5 seconds, then end the Exit Delay and arm the system.
Do not enable Exit Delay Termination if this zone type is used (see 5.15 "Entry/Exit Delay Options" ). Do not
change the attributes of Push to Set zones from the default settings. During walk testing, the panel will send
a SIA data code of BA-XX/BH-XX (where XX is the zone number) when the zone is violated.
Make sure that Push to Set zones are enabled on only one partition.
If you turn on the Infinite Exit Delay Audible toggle option, the panel will sound the Exit Delay when a user arms the
system. If the Infinite Exit Delay option is set to silent (option is OFF), the exit delay will be silent. The Infinite Exit
Delay Silent option overrides the Bell Squawk on Exit Delay option, and there will be no bell squawks during the Exit
Delay. If a user arms the system using a [✱ ✱ ✱ ✱ ✱ ][9] or a Stay function key, the Exit Delay will be silent.
[28]
24-Hour Bell/Buzzer Zone This zone works like a 24-Hour Burglary zone (zone type [11]) while armed, and a 24-
Hour Supervisory Buzzer zone (zone type [10]) while disarmed. When the panel is armed and this zone is violated,
the bell sounds until the bell time-out timer expires. When the panel is disarmed and this zone is violated, the
keypad buzzers sound until a user enters an access code. If the zone is enabled on both partitions and one
partition is armed, the zone will activate the bell when violated.
[29]
Instant Stay/Away Zone This zone will be bypassed when armed in the Stay mode, but will act like an Instant
zone (zone type [03]) when armed in the away mode. Instant Stay/Away zones should not be programmed as
global zones.
[30]
Final Door Set Zone If this zone type is programmed, Infinite Exit Delay will commence when arming is initiated. In
order to complete the arming sequence after Infinite Exit Delay has begun, the Final Door Set zone will have to be
violated and restored. When the system is armed, this zone will function as a Delay zone.
