Common KeyInfo Writing
Writes to flash ROM the common proof for validating the device for
@Remote specifications.
Note:

These SP settings are required to connect @Remote or must also be
set after the board is replaced.
Even if @Remote is not connected, these settings are used for Web
validation, so at least SP5870 003 must be enabled.
