9. Replace the drain plug
securely. At this time, insert the gasket
necessarily.
10. Pour fresh oil through the filler hole.
Approximately 3,200

CAUTION
Approximately 3,000
must be required when changing the
engine oil only without replacing the oil
filter.
CAUTION
In case of the engine oil pouring exces-
sively, the engine output being made
insufficient.
Be careful not to spill the engine oil.
11. Install the engine oil filler plug
CAUTION
Failure to use the correct oil can damage
your motorcycle.
Engine damage may occur if you use the
engine oil that does not meet Hyosung's
specifications.
Be sure to use the engine oil specified in
the FUEL, ENGINE OIL AND ENGINE
COOLANT RECOMMENDATION section.
12. Start the engine and allow it idle for a
few minutes. Check to see that no the
engine oil is leaking from the engine oil
filter cap and drain plug

13. Check the oil level according to Engine
Oil Level Check procedure.
Engine oil leaks from around the oil filter
cap or drain plug indicate incorrect
installation or "O" ring / gasket damage.
If you find any leaks or are not sure that
the oil filter cap / drain plug has been
properly installed, have the motorcycle
inspected by your Hyosung dealer or
qualified mechanic.
