Satisfaction with your Sterndrive or Inboard product is very im-
portant to your dealer and to us. If you ever have a problem, ques-
tion or concern about your Sterndrive or Inboard product, contact
your dealer or any Authorized Mercury Marine Dealership. If
additional assistance is required, take these steps.

Talk with the dealership's sales manager
or service manager. If this has already
been done, then contact the owner of the
dealership.

Should you have a question, concern or
problem that cannot be resolved by your
dealership, please contact Mercury Ma-
rine Service Office for assistance. Mercu-
ry Marine will work with you and your deal-
ership to resolve all problems.
The following information will be needed by the service office:

•
Model and serial number of your Engine and Drive Unit
•
The name and address of your dealership
•
Nature of problem
