minutes to once a day. If you do not

Setting up a POP/IMAP account in the

You can set up an account in the
Messaging application to send and receive
email messages using an email account
that you have with an Internet service
provider (ISP), an email account that you
access using a VPN server connection

a VPN), or any other IMAP or POP email
account.
