The SPA reports a variety of status and error reports to assist service providers to diagnose problems and
evaluate the performance of their services. The information can be queried by an authorized agent (using

Registration state of the line: Not Registered, Registered or Failed
Local time of the last successful registration
Number of seconds before the next registration renewal
