Scan Zone

When an omnidirectional mode is selected, the LS 6000i
scanner emits a 20-line scan pattern designed to allow
you to read bar codes, even very long and narrow ones,
easily from almost any angle. The scan pattern is
projected directly out of the scan window creating the
three dimensional "scan zone" shown below. To read a
bar code, present the bar code within this pattern.
