A3.1.5 Scanner Motor Control
The overall control circuit diagramis shown below.
Rotation of the scanner motor is controlled by the INA, INB,ENA and ENB signals output from the LSI chip (IOGA5) on the MCNT board. MNPT 1, 2, 3, and 4
signals change the reference voltage signal REF to alter the current values of scanner drive signals OutA and OutA-N, controlling the motor speed.
