Chapter 4: Managing and Playing Music
Napster Automix
You can create an instant playlist based on an artist or a track selection. Napster will select 40 similar tracks based on your
selection, and add the tracks to your music queue.
From the Music Services tab, search for a Napster artist that you would like to listen to.

Select Artist Automix.

Control-click and select one of the following:

• Play Now
• Add to Queue to add it to the end of your music queue
• Play Now and Replace Queue to play the selection now while clearing the queue of previous music selections
To create an automix for a track — select a track, control-click, and select Create Automix.
Adding selections to your Napster library
From the Music Services tab, highlight a Napster artist, album, or track, and control-click.

Select Add to My Napster Library. These selections can then be easily accessed later by selecting My Library instead of using

Search or Browse to locate them again.
Napster Radio
Select the zone you want to play music in.

Click the Music Services tab, and select Napster. (If you are using the Napster free trial, select Napster Trial instead.)

Select Radio.

Select a radio station, and click Play Now or Add to Queue.

Deleting a Napster account from Sonos
From the Sonos Controller for Mac menu bar, select Music>Set Up Services.

Select the account you wish to remove, and click Remove.
2.
Select Remove to confirm.
3.
This will not delete your account from Napster. Your account status with Napster will be unaffected.

Using the Sonos Controller 200

If you're new to Napster
From the Music Menu, touch More Music.

Touch Napster.
2.
Touch I'm new to Napster, and then follow the on-screen prompts to activate your trial account.

After the trial expires
After your free trial expires, if you wish to become a Napster subscriber, you can go to www.sonos.com/napster/subscribe.
Click Get Napster Now. Once you become a Napster customer, simply update Sonos with your membership information (steps
below) in order to have instant access to Napster from your Sonos Multi-Room Music System.
From the Music Menu, touch Napster.

Touch Subscribe, and then touch Next.

Touch Merge if you want to merge the music from the trial with the new account you are adding. Otherwise, touch Don't

Merge.
Type your Napster login and password, and then touch OK.
