Symptom
False "User logged in at
another location"
User was rebooted without
a logoff
Active call dropped

Phone does not failback
when the primary server is
available
Diagnosis/Possible Resolution
Check SES and flush old registrations (or
wait a day or so until SES flushes old
registration automatically).
Possible bad configuration - secondary
server forwarded registration to primary
server.
After pressing the Continue or Login softkey,
the user is still not able to log in. A visiting
user is returning to the home location and the
primary controller is unavailable. Resolve by
waiting until the primary controller is available
or checking if the problem can be solved by
repowering the phone.
No server is active.
Determine if the last user was a visiting user.
Perform CLEAR Craft (local admin)
procedure.
Check PPM.
Ping the server from the phone.
Verify networking.
The failback policy is set to "admin" instead
of "auto."
Refer to the Release Notes "Known Issues"
section.
