Problem
When I
connect the
camera to my
computer, the
software says
it cannot find
the camera.
When I
connect the
camera to a
Macintosh
computer, I
do not get a
disk drive
icon on my
desktop.

The camera is
turned off.
The cable is
not connected
correctly.
The camera is
connected to
the computer
through a
USB hub and
your USB hub
is not
compatible
with the
camera.

Configuration
setting is not
set to Disk
Drive.
