Unable to focus
Focus too far
Focus too close
Low light
7-Troubleshooting
Possible cause
The subject did
not provide
enough contrast
for the camera
to focus
properly.
The focus
distance is
beyond where
the camera can
focus.
The focus
distance is
closer than the
camera can
focus.
It is too dark to
take a properly
exposed
picture.
Solution
You can lock the focus by
pointing at your subject
and then pressing and
holding the Shutter
button halfway down
while you re-frame your
subject. When the green
light comes on, press the
Shutter button all the way
down.
Make sure the camera is
not in Macro setting.
Put the camera in Macro
setting or, if in Macro
setting, move further
away from the subject.
Try turning on the Auto
Flash.
